Dunoon Little Athletics Assoc. would like remind everyone that the new season begins fourth term and continues in 1st Term 2008 on Friday afternoons at Balzer Oval.

Little Athletics season is over and will resume in fourth term, look out for sign-on notices in August. We are desperately looking for two more volunteers to help coach our Little Athletes -

Little Athletics Notice
Little Athletics has finally returned to Balzer Park on Friday afternoons from 5-6.30pm, many thanks to Modanville School for hosting us through the season so far, but everyone is relieved to be “home” again. Thanks also to parents and children for their patience with the upheaval.

Just like the iconic fig tree which for so long has shaded our beautiful Balzer Park, the sporting clubs that were housed in the oval amenities block will regenerate themselves and be regrown/rebuilt with the continued help and support of the community.

Speaking on behalf of the Soccer Club and Little Athletics I would like to thank everyone who helped with the clean up and who has put so much effort into sorting out the usual storm aftermath of rubbish and insurance details - apologies for not naming names but there are so many and we wouldn’t want to leave anyone out through error.
