The Gazette is delighted to congratulate Dunoon resident Sue James for achieving the Diploma of Financial Services in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management , gaining membership of the Mortgage Finance Association of Australia (MFAA) and other required professional bodies, allowing her to trade as our local independent Mortgage Brokerage.
Sue offers us a vast experience after 18 years Finance, Banking and Business experience from the UK, as well as 2 years in the Australian market working for a Sydney based broker, specializing in Mortgage Reduction. This has armed Sue with all the experience needed to set up her own Mortgage Brokerage business here in Dunoon.
“The next step” said Sue “was to set up the business Advanced Mortgage Solutions allowing me to offer all products from a wide selection of lenders. This is a difficult step in Australia,” explains Sue, “as most lenders demand a level of business per anum from each broker. These agreements could lead to a broker encouraging the use of one lender in preference to a more appropriate lender. I have found a way around this problem”
“The new business uses an Aggregator Team in Sydney who hold agreements with all the major Lenders processing huge quantities of work for various finance companies, which means that I will always have my clients best interest at heart, making sure they obtain the most appropriate product from the most suitable lender for their individual situation”
Sue has already helped a number of local residents to buy their new homes, securing finance for them as well as assisting them in the smooth running of the buying process. Assistance is also offered for free in the form of budgeting and planning, helping the clients service their loans efficiently.
Mortgage Reduction plans are also available to clients wishing to pay their mortgage off more quickly. Sue is now able to offer a Mortgage Reduction planning service free of charge as she now receives the brokerage commission
for each loan she writes and therefore now does not have to charge for this service, offering her clients an added extra service.
Those of you who know Sue will understand just how meticulous she is in giving her clients the assurance and confidence to trust her to find them the best loan product from the most suitable lender.
Sue looks forward to meeting those of you looking for home finance in the coming months and is always happy to help the community with any finance questions.
ADVANCED MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS wishes to help the local community achieve a prosperous 2010.
