Term 3 has been busy as usual. The school has combined with eight other local schools to form the Big Scrub Learning Community.

Well it’s hard to believe that term three is almost at an end that is probably because it has been so busy! The term started with all of our students attending the Field Events Carnival at Modanville School rapidly followed by the Track Events at Riverview Park, everyone put in a great effort and enjoyed the days. Congratulations to Reuben and Laura who went on to compete in the Zone Carnival.
Our end of term concert and morning tea provided the perfect opportunity for children and parents to collect produce from our kitchen garden.
I’ve just got back from one of the best and worst weekends of my life – and if that sounds schizo well what else do you expect from a not so sane mother like me?
Throughout my many years in PNG and trips to other Pacific Island Nations I have at times found myself in the thick of things quite unknowingly.
