Hardie Holdings have packed up and gone home after seeing the light and withdrawing their development application from Council.

Re: Hardie Holdings DA- Dunoon: Lessons and Consequences

Now that the Hardie Holdings DA for Dunoon has now been withdrawn we would like to start a dialogue with Council (Councillors and staff) on what we see as the lessons to be drawn from this experience and the changes we would like to see made to the process.

Davo is a swamp wallaby who came to Northern Rivers Wildlife Carers on 24 Feb when his mother was killed when hit by a car.

 I love chooks. Watching them snuffle and scratch around wagging their tails in the garden always makes me smile.

I companion plant my basil and celery with tomatoes in my veggie patch – but when it comes to other herbs I have a specific rock garden

At 7am on Saturday 14th March twenty four of the districts elite golfing athletes gathered at the Dunoon Sports Club in preparation for the annual trip to Tenterfield to compete for the Club’s prestigious “Tenterfield Shield”.

Judy and Lisa. A fundraiser at Dunoon Sports Club was held to support these 2 local women  currently undergoing breast cancer treatment.
